Service inquiries
Crash Review Desk provides information about managed CPDP case administration for US motor carriers and invites a carrier to submit the identifiers for one crash.
Submitting the form, sending an email, or joining a conversation does not create a customer engagement, authorize police-report procurement, establish CPDP eligibility, authorize an RDR submission, reserve a service, or require either party to continue.
Independent service
Crash Review Desk is independent. It is not FMCSA, DataQs, Login.gov, a police agency, insurer, law firm, or government notice, and it is not endorsed by them. FMCSA administers CPDP and DataQs. Official government sources remain the source of truth.
No eligibility, result, or timing promise
A public crash record identifies an event. It is not proof of fault, preventability, or CPDP eligibility. FMCSA controls eligibility, classification, determination, processing, and publication.
Crash Review Desk does not promise a Not Preventable result, record deletion, score movement, insurance savings, a broker or shipper decision, a safety-rating change, operating-authority effect, enforcement effect, or any particular timeline.
Administrative boundary
Website information and Crash Review Desk services concern administrative evidence review and case support. They are not legal advice, legal representation, accident reconstruction, a fault or liability opinion, regulatory advice, or insurance advice. Use appropriately licensed advisers for those decisions.
Information you provide
Provide accurate information you are authorized to discuss. Do not submit reports, sensitive evidence, personal driver or witness details, medical information, credentials, MFA codes, recovery codes, FMCSA PINs, authenticated sessions, or payment-card data through the website or ordinary email.
External links and systems
Links to FMCSA, DataQs, or another external source are provided for reference. Crash Review Desk does not control those systems, their availability, content, processing, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
Service terms
Before paid work begins, the carrier receives separate service terms and an order identifying the carrier and crash, authorized person, scope, fee, third-party costs, cancellation and refund treatment, evidence duties, and approval process. No fee is contingent on FMCSA's substantive decision.
Changes and contact
Crash Review Desk may update the website or service scope as official guidance, agency access, and operating requirements change. Questions can be sent to jakub@crashreviewdesk.com.
